Paediatrics templates
Visit notes, assessments and records laid out the way the Paediatrics team works.
One patient record
Referrals to and from other departments carry history, medicines and results with them.
Ready for Indian billing
Tariffs and packages on GST-ready invoices, with ABHA registration at the front desk.
Product tour
The Paediatrics chart, in one view.
Studies, trends, orders and the care plan for one patient, on the same record the rest of the hospital uses.

Capabilities
What the Paediatrics pack includes.
5 capabilities, each working on the shared record alongside lab, pharmacy, billing and the rest of the hospital.

Growth charts (WHO and IAP)
Weight, height and head circumference are plotted on WHO and IAP growth charts at every visit. Parents and doctors can see at a glance whether the child is growing along their curve.
- Plot on WHO or IAP charts
- Weight, height and head circumference
- Every visit adds to the same curve
Weight-based dosing
Doses are worked out from the child's recorded weight when the doctor prescribes. The weight used is shown with the dose, so pharmacy and nurses can check it.
- Dose calculated from recorded weight
- Weight shown alongside the dose
- Same prescription reaches the pharmacy
Immunisation schedule
The immunisation schedule shows which vaccines have been given and which are due next. Vaccines given at the clinic are recorded against the visit and the schedule updates.
- Vaccines given and due in one view
- Recorded against the visit
- Next dose visible to the front desk
Neonatal vitals
Nurses record vitals for newborns in the neonatal unit on the baby's own record. The same record continues into the paediatric OPD after discharge.
- Newborn vitals charted at the cot
- Baby has their own record from birth
- Continues into OPD follow-up
School-readiness templates
School-readiness templates give school-age check-ups a consistent structure. Findings sit on the child's record alongside their growth and immunisation history.
- Structured school-age check-up
- Sits with growth and vaccine history
- Printable for parents

How it works
A Paediatrics visit, start to finish.
An illustrative outpatient visit. Inpatient, theatre and day-care work follow the same record.
- Step 1
Register
The patient is registered once at the front desk, with ABHA if they have one.
- Step 2
Consult
The doctor works in the Paediatrics templates: growth charts (WHO and IAP) and weight-based dosing.
- Step 3
Order and review
Tests and procedures are ordered from the chart, and results come back to it.
- Step 4
Bill and follow up
Charges go to a GST-ready bill, and the next visit is booked before the patient leaves.

Can the Paediatrics templates match our existing forms?
Templates are set up for your hospital during onboarding. Bring your current forms to the demo and we will show you how they map to the pack.
Which growth charts are included?
WHO and IAP growth charts. Measurements from each visit are plotted on the child's chart.
Can parents see which vaccines are due next?
The immunisation schedule shows vaccines given and due, and it can be printed for parents.
